'NO SWEAT' RETURN POLICY
It doesn't happen very often, but it is possible that you may want to return/exchange an item. If you have ordered an item and it doesn't fit the way you expected, we will be happy to exchange it for another size. No re-stocking fees apply, but you will be charged for shipping and any customs/duty charges if applicable. That's only fair. Our size charts are quite specific. Just keep in mind when ordering that our Night Shirts are meant to be loose and non-constricting while our lingerie, especially those items with Lycra are more form fitting. HotCool Wear is responsible for the workmanship and quality of fabric. Each article is inspected, tagged, pressed and packaged by hand. Therefore nothing should get by the eagle eye and trained touch of our inspectors. But if, on the rare occasion that it should, we will refund or exchange at no extra shipping costs to you. No questions asked. HotCool Wear reserves the right to examine a return to see if it has been worn or mistreated. If we determine it to be so, we will respectfully deny the return. Make sure you include your name and address and order number if available with the return/exchange. In the case of exchanges, we can not guarantee the same color, but will substitute as close as possible. Don't sweat it and stay cool! |
